1. PRODUCT
The ELECTRONIC DATA SUPPORTING NAVIGATION DATABASE CODING FOR RNAV PROCEDURES MANUAL (called "Product") contains files of the aeronautical information. It is published in two equivalent versions: 1) Internet - version for the publication on official WEB-site CAI and 2) On the Compact disc (CD) for personal use by the customer. The published data are valid only 28 days according to cycles AIRAC. Updating Internet-version of the Product occurs automatically. If you use CD-version of the Product, pay attention to effective date. If effective date does not concern to current cycle AIRAC, immediately stop to use of the Product. The Product includes, according to requirements of the Annex 4 ICAO and Doc 8168:

• Listing of airports of the Russian Federation for which tables of coding of RNAV terminal procedures are published.
• Tables of coding of RNAV terminal procedures for airports of the Russian Federation.

2. YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO:

2.1. To use one copy of the Product on CD only on one computer. Only one user may use this copy at once. If you want to use this Product for a lot of users, it is necessary, for each user to have an individual CD.
2.2. To create one copy of the Product on CD for archive, or backup purposes.
2.3. To use a copy of the Product on CD on home or portable computer if this copy is not established at the same time on your main computer, and, only until the Product is established on your main computer.
2.4. To hand over the Product on CD to other person only in case that this person agrees with the conditions stated here. After that you must stop any use of the Product and remove or destroy all copies (including a copy on a hard disk) which were created for your personal use.

3. YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO:

3.1. To lend, lease, use the Product or to create its copies in ways, which are not allowed or are not stipulated by these conditions.
3.2. To pass the Product to anybody, except for the cases which are listed above in section 2.
3.3. To copy, save in the search engine or to reproduce the Product in any form that is, the electronic, mechanical form or by means of photocopying or rewriting, or other means without preliminary written authorization of CAI.
3.4. Redistribute, resell or issue the files which have been included in the Product.
3.5. To use printouts of documents of the Product instead of amendments to documents, issued by CAI by typographical means.
